Vibrating tubes replace classic Archimedes screws. They do not have any intrusive mechanical elements, and are therefore suitable for applications requiring quality (Pharmaceutical, infant food).
The product is transported inside the tube thanks to the vibration created by unbalanced motors or an electromagnetic vibrator. The latter, more expensive, ensures a fine, regular and precise dosage. It is primarily used in dosing and packaging applications. The unbalanced motor, on the other hand, will be used for large transfer rates between two units.
Our vibrating tubes can be mounted on fixed frames (anti-vibration pads) or suspended (cables and springs), depending on your space and size constraints. Many options are also available: Shut-off valve, safety switches, etc.
The length of a vibrating tube generally does not exceed 5 meters for flow rates ranging from a few hundred kilograms per hour to 10 tonnes/hour.
