Dust collector system

A dust collector system consists of a pockets or cartridge filter, in a box and connected to a fan device.

The fan creates an air flow through the filter in order to collect the fine dust from the process. An unclogging pneumatic system increase the durability of the filter.

The collections points are connected to the central unit by removable pipes, of different diameters, ensuring a constant air flow into the network to avoid sedimentation of the dust. The sizing of this kind of installation is really important, because we need the right air flow to collect dust without sucking the good product into the dust collector.

When the dust has arrived into the cyclofiltre, it can be discharged into different container: bucket, bags, big bag, etc. It will depend on your activity and your needs.
