Volumetric feeder

The volumetric feeders are equipped with a buffer hopper and a withdrawal system adapted to your application: screw conveyor, auge conveyor.

Unlike loss-in-weight dosage, the volumetric feeder use flow rate calculation. The flow rate will be depending on screw parameters : diameter, step, rotational speed, etc.

The doser can be fed either manually, by gravity or by pneumatic conveyor, without affecting the quality of the dosage.

Many options are available on this type of installation, depending on the requirements:

– Speed variator

– Single or double valve

– Cleaning in place system

– Anti-bridging system
